Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR THE SPRING SEASON:

  • Up to and including April 8th - 100% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.
  • Up to and including May 8th - 50% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 8th.

If you need to withdraw for any reason please be aware of the above cut-off dates and contact the REGISTRAR immediately.

REFUND POLICY FOR THE FALL SEASON:

We understand that multiple schedules can be challenging and children change their minds so below are the cut-off dates for our fall refund policy:

  • ​Before September 25th - 100% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.
  • Before October 25st - 50% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after October 1st.

If you need to withdraw for any reason please be aware of the above cut-off dates and contact the REGISTRAR immediately.
